CHOOSE HAPPINESS
The Power to Transform Your Life

Join international teacher and Buddhist monk, Gen-la Khyenrab, for a life-changing public talk on happiness.
We have long-standing bad habits that result in us feeling unhappy and stressed. Each of us has the capacity to experience an endless supply of inner peace and happiness. Meditation and Modern Buddhism offer us the tools we need to achieve this.

Join us to discover the methods that free you from negative emotions, making joy and happiness your everyday reality.

Everybody is welcome to this special event.


About the Teacher

Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab, International Meditation Teacher and the National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition in Canada, is a modern Buddhist monk dedicated to helping people from all walks of life attain lasting happiness through developing inner peace, compassion and wisdom. He is deeply respected throughout the world for his powerful teachings and experience of unifying Buddha’s teachings with busy daily life.

FAQs

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

- Parking is available underground at the library. There is an elevator from the parking garage, to the lower level where the talk is being held, and it is fully accessible.

- Public Transport is simple because the library is within walking distance of Stadium China Town, or Granville Station.

What can I bring into the event?

- You may want to bring a pen and notepad to take notes.
- Food and Drink are not permitted in the meditation hall, however water is OK.
- No cameras or recording devices are permitted
