Join us for a day to unwind and relax and learn more about how you can support yourself from the inside and out...from a movement and mindfulness perspective as well as the fuel you give your body.

930am: We will start the day with an active yoga class taught by Janelle and enjoy some essential oils at the end of class specific for relaxing muscle tension and grounding your body, getting you ready for the next class.

1045am-1230pm: Join Amanda as she guides us through a yin yoga class with poses and breathing exercises specific for relaxation and decreasing stress on the nervous system. At the end of class we will experience some sleep yoga (yoga nidra) to give you the full effect of how specific visualizations and breath can help support the body in its need to fully replenish, rejuvenate and restore itself back into balance. The tools you learn in class can be taken home with you.

1230-115pm: Enjoy a catered lunch from the Eco Cafe

1:30-330pm: Nutrition for Stress Relief Session: Join Naturopathic Doctor Jackie Yurko and learn about foods that may be contributing to our body’s stress levels as well as different foods and supplements that can build and strengthen our ability to manage and navigate through stress.

Join us for the whole day or just the afternoon session!
