Event description

Description

Join the Victim Services Toronto Teens Ending Abusive Relationships (T.E.A.R.™) Youth Leaders for a night of self-love where we explore resiliency, healthy relationships, growth, and self-compassion in youth.

Created from personal experiences this live exhibit explores a journey from depression and insecurity to positivity and self-confidence. The night will explore moving from abusive relationships to healthy relationships, not only with others but with oneself. The movement hopes to empower others to reflect on their self-worth and to continue on a journey to self-discovery and self-acceptance. During the event our leaders will share their stories and the knowledge they have gained about self-love through their own ventures.

Get ready for some spoken word, visual artistry, photo books and more! Entry is FREE, and food and refreshments will be provided.
