A Sweet Afternoon

Soma Chocolates, which many of us know from their shops at the Distillery or King St. West, will lead us through an online chocolate tasting. A tasting kit with a beautiful collection of chocolate will be shipped to each participant’s door. With the help of our personal chocolate guide on Zoom, we will go on a one-hour chocolate tasting exploration around the world. Learn more about the history and creation of this favourite sweet as we are led through a sequence of taste experiences that illustrate differences among various types of chocolate.

The kit will include cacao beans in different forms, plus a curated set of bars from award winning to whimsical all designed to take all our senses through a beautiful tasting experience. The kit also includes your own tasting wheel so you can identify the flavours that unfold during this exploration.
