About this event

  • 3 hours
  • Mobile eTicket

Bring the whole family to enjoy a warm cup of tea under a maple tree, songs & stories, maybe a campfire, and some family forest & nature play at Kingston Forest & Nature School.

Join us in the woods for a tea party – bring your friends, your cup, and even a picnic lunch! And once you've enjoyed your tea, stick around! There's plenty to do! Listen to a story, sing along in song, wander the woods, climb a tree, play in the mud kitchen, most of all have fun!

This event is open to all ages, however, please note that our regular programs & site are geared towards children 2-13 years of age. There will be staff on-site to enhance your visit, with tea being served the entire time (BYO cup). There will also be stories read & songs sung, but there is no set schedule for these activities as we will base it on participant interest.

In order to keep this event financially accessible, we are offering tickets on a by donation/pay-what-you-can basis. All proceeds from these events pay for staffing of the events & help KFNS to support more children in the outdoors. Suggested donation of $10 per family member. Only one ticket needed per family. (*Ticket sales end at 8pm on the night before the event.)

PAYING VIA E-TRANSFER – if you would like to pay via e-transfer instead of through the eventbrite payment portal, please send your donation to with "tea party" in the memo line, and you will be emailed a code to access your tickets.

More information will be provided to registered participants.
