Next, we will head over to the old Chapters site on Whyte Ave, and hear from Cherie Klassen from Old Strathcona Business Association and what her team has been planning for new developments in the area.
From there, we will stroll along Whyte Ave, and stop at the beautiful Raymond Block. Michael Rivest from HCMA Architecture and Design will share how this building transformed from a brownfield to a 6-Story Mixed Use Residential Development building.
After that, we thought there was no better way to end our parking-tour than to meet with Chris Daluba from Beljan Developments. Chris will talk about their incredible accomplishments and how they chose their parking needs (inside & outside) at Beljan Block.
