Come celebrate International Women’s Day with Alice Nderitu, 2017 Global Pluralism Award recipient and one of Africa’s most accomplished peacemakers.

Come and hear Alice's stories about the role of education in conflict prevention and women in peacebuilding. The discussion will be moderated by CTV news icon Lloyd Robertson.

About Alice Nderitu

Alice is an armed conflict mediator and Adviser to the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue in Africa. She is a member of the Women Waging Peace Network and the Kenya National Committee on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity and All Forms of Discrimination. Alice is the first woman to lead mediation processes that have resulted in peace agreements signed by numerous ethnic communities in Kenya and Nigeria.
