SESSIONS
Making 'Us-ness' Happen
Genie Gurnani - ECD/Head of Creative at Virtue Americas
As creative people in a creative industry, we feel lucky to do what we do and are proud of where we do it. Work is personal, and personal is work. Our careers are a source of pride, passion, and a pulse in our lives. But now that we haven't been in office for a long while and don't know when we will return, that element of our identities is being redefined. Making Us-ness Happen is a mini case study of our crew at Virtue Americas and how we've tried to create, grow, and protect a shared spirit—an "us-ness"—despite our geographical differences and distances.
