AAP Calgary December Networking Lunch

Come join your fellow AAP Calgary branch members and executive board. There will be some holiday cheer, some fun activities and of course some tasty cuisine.

There will be opportunities to connect, learn, offer your insights and celebrate together once again – and of course some fabulous door prizes!

Your afternoon will include the opportunity to network, a lunch buffet, and cash bar. Tickets are limited, so don’t delay!

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The Metropolitan Restaurant is located in The Core Shopping Centre and is accessible to the C-train station.

Parking options: TD Square and TD Core parking garage, Indigo Calgary - Lot 059 and Lot 157, Holt Renfrew Parkade and nearby street parking is available for all guests.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Not necessary, as long as you have a digital copy on your phone.

Refund & Cancellation Policy?

Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before the event start date. Tickets are transferable for this event only, so we encourage you to pass on your ticket to an alternative guest or member if you cannot attend. Cancellations made after the deadline will be invoiced.

Eventbrite won't refund the fee to the buyer when a refund request is processed. However, we will continue to refund the Eventbrite fee to buyers in cases where:

• The event is cancelled by the organizer
• The event has been flagged as fraudulent by our Trust & Safety team
• This policy change will only impact events created after April 8, 2019.
