Event description
Saturday, February 20 | 10am - 4 pm Learn to develop your concentration so that your mind is peaceful and calm in all situations!

About this Event

“When the mind is free from the clouds of distracting conceptions it becomes bright and clear, like a cloudless sky.” ~ Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

In these uncertain times, many of us find it difficult to focus our mind in a positive way. As a result, we feel anxious and ungrounded. Fortunately, we can learn to direct our focus in a beneficial way, experiencing the positive, peaceful mind that arises from meditative concentration. By developing our ability to concentrate on positive minds during meditation, we begin to experience an inner peace that keeps us relaxed and centred after our session.

In this day course, Gen Kelsang Kunden will explain how we can gradually and skilfully improve our mindfulness and concentration during our meditation session and maintain it throughout our day. This course is suitable for all levels of experience.

Cost: $36 | No charge for members (Level One monthly membership only $50. See KMCC Members)
