ACC Ice Climbing Night – Mock Leads

While having the safety of the top rope, we will practice how to lead, or “mock lead”.

Time: 6PM – 8PM (lesson), 8pm – 9PM (extra climbing time)
Location: Equinox Ice Towers, Mt Sima
Cost: $20 (includes gear)
Elected to lead, not to read? Come to the lesson to learn how to lead on ice! While having the safety of the top rope, we will practise how to lead, or “mock lead”. We will cover how to place ice screws, build ice anchors, and leading tactics.

Tickets are non-refundable, unless the event gets cancelled due to weather. Ice climbing gear will be provided if needed. Make sure to wear warm layers and gloves.
