Grads: Please pick up your graduation gown from Access (163 Cleghorn, St-Lambert) on one of the following days:

•Monday, June 13 from 11:30am to 12:30pm and from 3:15pm to 4:00pm in the Cafeteria

•Tuesday, June 14 from 11:30am to 12:30pm and from 3:15pm to 4:00pm in the Cafeteria

•Thursday, June 16 from 11:30am to 12:30pm and from 3:15pm to 4:00pm in Room 203

Please note that you must have purchased your Grad ticket in order to pick up your gown on one of the days above. Thank you.

ACCESS Graduation 2022

• With the purchase of 1 graduation ticket at 30$, each graduate will get an additional 2 FREE guest tickets.

• Please ensure you purchase all of your tickets - paid grad and FREE guest ticket(s) - at the same time, in a single transaction.

• You may pay online by cash, debit, and credit card (Mastercard/Visa) - ensure you add that it is not a free ticket and you will get a pop-up with the steps to take to pay for your ticket once you have asked for the "Free" ticket online.

Additional guest requests beyond the allotted two per student will be available at a cost of 10$ per Guest ticket, with a maximum of two extra guest tickets per grad. There are a limited amount of guest tickets. They will be available in June on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Doors will be open to guests at 5:30 PM.

*The ceremony will begin at 6:15 PM.

**There will be a cash bar available during the event.

Graduation Photos

*There will be a photobooth available for students & guests to take pictures (more details to come).

Share your picture memories on Grad night

Staff and students can send us pictures to feature as media during our graduation ceremony.

Please make sure of the following before sending us your picture(s):

• The picture doesn't include personal information, including names, contact info, social media, etc.
• The picture is taken at school or a school event
• Includes only students or staff
• Others in the picture have given permission to use the photo

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. 

I've changed my mind and want to bring X more guest(s). 

Guest tickets are available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Quantities are limited. Please contact accessgrad@rsb.qc.ca.

Do children have to pay?

Yes. In order to maintain capacity guidelines, we must know the exact amount of attendees, including children.
