About this event
Looking for work is not easy. If you have a disability, you may encounter barriers related to job search, employment, and your disability. Should you inform an employer that you have a disability?
The short answer is that it is up to you. And if you decide to disclose, there is no definitive right time, place, or person to disclose to.
