It seems unimaginable to an able-bodied person that something so simple--like a step--could exclude someone from their favourite restaurant or bar, but that's what happens daily to those who have a mobility impairment. And even if they find a way around the stairs, how do they know that the bathroom will be big enough to accommodate a wheelchair? These are the issues that people with mobility disabilities face each day, and there seems little that can be done to help.
