“Playing for the #WIN” Description

In a dynamic and unpredictable world, it becomes difficult to prescribe how leaders should respond to challenges and opportunities. In order for leaders and their teams to work in an environment that fosters both innovation and a strategic mindset, they must be able to effectively work and communicate with their team members in a way that both encourages open dialogue but provides respect and openness towards new ideas which benefits both the team(s) and the organization as a whole.

Session Details

#1: Provide change leaders with a new approach to being solution focused when it comes to innovation and idea generation

#2: Have a highly interactive experience with full participation and sharing, increasing the level of overall participation and contribution that each attendee outwardly demonstrates.

#3: Increase each participant’s capability to communicate clearly and honestly to each other while utilizing a constructive approach to discussions where everybody is heard and diversity of ideas is recognized.

#4: Increase the confidence of session participants in their ability to improvise, be creative, innovate, and tap into their unique ability to imagine and ‘dream big’. Creativity requires right brain thinking (imagination and intuition) as well as left brain thinking (logic, analytics and pattern recognition).
