Yes, it’s that time of year again! Join us for our chapter's 2016 AGM, hear our “State of the Chapter” address from your current President Evelyn Rutherford, enjoy some dinner and vote in your new board.
When our AGM concludes we have the good fortune of hearing from three of our Chapter members - Susan Rudman, Susan Baldwin and Fiona Prince - who attended the ACMP 2016 Change Management Conference in Dallas, TX.
They will be sharing their experience and key learnings about:
Darryl Conner’s keynote on “Change That Matters—Celebrating Five Years with ACMP and the Power We All Have to Make a Difference” and some important distinctions between changes that work (those that meet their stated objectives) and changes that matter (those that serve a larger purpose than what is in it for the sponsors) – those that feed our soul rather than line our pockets!
New York Times best-selling author Shawn Achor keynote on “The Ripple Effect: Emotional Contagion in the Workplace” explaining how changes in our own mindset and behavior can have a powerful impact on those around us.
Globally recognized author and research professor Brené Brown’s closing keynote on “Daring Leadership™” exploring the relationship between vulnerability innovation, creativity, trust, accountability and ability to change, as well as how fear, blame and scarcity sabotage the goal process.
Our Agenda for the evening includes:

5:30 – 6:00p - Dinner
6:00 – 6:30p - AGM
