The show is based off of the Roald Dahl children's novel of the same name and will be performed by Act Alive students aged 3-15 who have been taking lessons in singing, dancing and acting and rehearsing the show since September. It is a heart warming and inspiring tale of an extraordinary little girl who dares take a stand to change her own destiny. With a book by Dennis Kelly and original songs by Tim Minchin, Matilda has won countless international awards and continues to thrill sold out audiences of all ages around the world.
