Do you have a business idea? Would you like to move it forward? In this workshop, you will:
* Map out your business idea according to the 9 major building blocks of business: Value Proposition, Customer Segments, Channels, Customer Relations, Revenue Streams, Key Partners, Key Resources, Key Activities and Cost Structure.
* Learn to use the Start-Up Budget to determine start-up costs and assess financial resources available.
* Prepare to write a business plan.
