Event description

Description

Overwhelmed by news about our environment and the climate crisis? This workshop, inspired by the work of Joanna Macy, is designed to move you from being stuck in those dark feelings into empowerment, connection and action. We will work with the practices of gratitude, honouring our pain, seeing with new eyes and going forth into action. The format will involve a combination of ritual, conversation, and inspiration from the creative arts.

Creekside Commons
Common House, 2202 Lambert Drive, Courtenay BC

Reduced rate $25 if paid by 21 September. $40 after that.

We want you to be able to attend regardless of financial ability, so please talk to us if you need help with the cost. celialaval@shaw.ca

Facilitators Alison Fox, Kazimea Sokil and Celia Laval are counsellors and creative arts therapists who help people move through the heavy emotions into inspiration and connection, to better facilitate the changes that need to take place.

We do plan to have more workshops in the future so contact us if you want to stay in the loop, celialaval@shaw.ca
