Join registered acupuncturist, Mareena Dufault of White Bear Medicine, and certified sound healing practitioner, Astaria Light, founder of Light of Sound, for a unique healing blend of acupuncture and sound medicine.
This will be a 1.5 hour acu-sonic session beginning with opening circle, needles* and then settling into a healing sound journey in the community acupuncture space at Heart & Hands Health Collective.
*Needles are optional and you'll have the choice to be treated with ear seeds instead if you wish.
Mareena will be offering a general treatment for rebalancing the nervous system, metabolism, and inducing a deep state of relaxation. She can also add needles for addressing individual needs.
Astaria will facilitate a vibrational sound bath to enhance the effect of the acupuncture and to allow a deeper state of consciousness and healing to occur.
