Did you know that the number of homeless seniors in Toronto doubled between 2009 and 2013? And that at least 10% of the homeless population of Toronto are older adults?
CERA is working with older adult tenants and their service providers to identify solutions to the crisis of senior evictions in the GTA. Service providers from across the GTA are invited to join us for a roundtable conversation on this important issue.
Additional Upcoming Roundtables:
Light breakfast will be served.

When & Where
Centre for Equality Rights in Accommodation (CERA)
We envision an Ontario where every person realizes their housing rights, is treated with dignity, and lives free from discrimination in a stable, safe and affordable home.
We defend housing rights and human rights by educating individuals and communities, advancing progressive and inclusive housing law and policy, and providing legal information and services to marginalized Ontarians.
