As we know, the hyperactive component of ADHD doesn't disappear in adulthood, it simply moves inward. So many adults with ADHD experience a condition where they have difficulty turning their minds off or channeling their thoughts onto just one topic. There are a number of ways to deal with this and we willt alk about some of them today.

ADHD?OK!: Adult ADHD In Hamilton
ADHD?OK! is for adults who have been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD in the Hamilton, Ontario region. Our goal is to come together in a non-clinical peer group setting to share experiences, advice, tips, new developments and tools to cope and excel in our daily lives. Our group fosters a positive and productive atmosphere, with emphasis on goal-setting and self-improvement.
