About this event
Feeling disconnected in this rocky time? Come and join us in a digital hangout for adults with ADHD and/or ASD/Asperger’s. We’ll talk about what struggles you are having adjusting to this new world, in a conversation directed by what you want to talk about and help build up the tools to thrive in these very odd times. We are friendly and open to any and all who would like to join us!
Each week we will discuss a new, voted on topic of your choosing and collaborate on many struggles in a supportive and uplifting environment. Possible topics include mental health fluctuations, money anxiety, joy of introversion during this time, frustration over accommodations, grief over all the change and what we’ve lost, building up our relationships, and adjusting our routines and expectations.
All group facilitators are neurodivergent themselves so… we get it.

About the organizer
Alina Kislenko is an award winning psychotherapist, speaker, and writer. After a rocky childhood where she thought she was just awful at everything, Alina was diagnosed with ADHD & Asperger's. Since then, she has embraced her neurodiversity and feels that everyone has a special talent in at least one unique thing and lives to help people find theirs and share it with the world. She now spends her time managing The ADHD & Asperger's Counselling Centre, doing humanitarian work, and helping others find their entrepreneurial spirits by embracing their greatness, on their own terms. She loves creating video courses almost as much as she loves teaching about them.
