About this Event
Dust off your dehydrator for The Healing Cuisine’s Advanced Raw virtual ‘cooking’ course, an intensive 3 day course that takes place the last week of January. Beginning on Tuesday, January 26 from 12:00 pm EST to 4:00 pm to Thursday, January 28 from 12:00 pm to 4:00pm each day.
In this course chef Jo will discuss the secrets behind raw breads, fermented seed cheese’s, sprouted crackers and the spectacular raw flavours and food combinations that can be added to any nut free plant based recipe repertoire.The course is taught through hands-on experience with Chef Jo.
You will obtain a variety of raw food skills, learn flavouring techniques, learn about the dehydrator and what is required to make dehydrated living foods fun & easy to prepare. Receive a shopping list, notes and recipes in the course manual provided.
