BOWMANVILLE Wednesdays

- Dates: Starting July 9, 2016
- Time: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
- Ages: 9-18 years
Clarington Basketball has partnered with One-Stop-Training to offer Advanced Skill Development to help athletes reach their peak level of competitiveness. One-Stop-Training is dedicated to getting athletes to that next level, through hard work and trusting the process that coaches/trainers build for each athlete.
This holistically based success program taps into the overall individual development of each athlete. A personalized mentorship component focuses on training for life skills, mental preparation and sport-specific skill development while underlining the importance of healthy living, teamwork and character development.
Cost: $30/Session or $375/15 Sessions

Clarington Basketball Club is an instructional basketball program for boys and girls 3-18 years of age. Players are group according to their age and skill level to learn fundamental skills and principles of the game. Coaches and staff are committed to developing individual skills, introducing concepts of team play and improving over-all fitness levels.
