Developing Advisors Mastermind Group: Everything But Sales
Advocis Kingston is hosting our final Developing Advisors Mastermind Group: Everything But Sales of the year. Join us on Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 9:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. (Eastern Time).
This group is meant to assist the progress of fellow advisors, with an emphasis on advisors newer to the industry. This progress will be done in several ways:
- Community building through the sharing of ideas, concerns, and challenges
- Topical focus on items suggested by attendee
What's on deck this month?
Business Planning. What is it? Why is it important? What should be included?
We all have ambitious goals for our practices. Developing a business plan will help ensure we stay on track to meet those goals.
In this webinar, we will discuss topics for you to think about when building your business plan.
- How to define your business – what is your business’s overall mission statement.
- Creating goals – What are some key goals you would like to achieve in the short and long term.
- Business assessments – What is stopping you from reaching these goals? What additional help do you need? What is already happening to reach your goals?
- Action planning – What specifically do you need to do to reach those goals
