About this event

Alberta is calling Canadians home and attainable housing is central to that pitch. How can our industry pivot and continue to welcome even more people to the Edmonton Metro Region within a changing landscape of policies, processes, supply chain pressures, commodity prices, lending rates, inflation issues, and more? Join us for a special presentation and fireside chat with the author of UDI’s Market Watch, Richard Goatcher, and CBRE’s Executive Vice President Dave Young. Moderated by Brookfield’s Mike Kohl, the panel will discuss where we have been, where we are now, and where we are going next.

  • Where: Derrick Golf and Winter Club
  • When: October 20 from 12 - 1:30 p.m.
  • Doors open 11:30 a.m.

The Urban Development Institute-Edmonton Metro is a non-profit, member-driven organization representing leaders in the land development industry in all communities throughout the Edmonton Metropolitan region. Our members are development companies and the professionals involved in our industry, including planners, surveyors, landscape architects, engineers, contractors, finance managers, and others. Together with municipalities who regulate and set policy related to land use, we are important city builders. We build the communities where people live, the roads they travel, the buildings they work in, and the parks where families gather.
