About African Impact Initiative
African Impact Initiative is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of Africa and its community in Canada through the youth. We achieve this through initiatives centered around impact entrepreneurship, sector engagement, community impact and career development.
Very crucial on our list of initiatives is the annual conference we host at the University of Toronto Scarborough to spore curiosity, create awareness and educate the African diaspora/local community. It helps to create a paradigm shift in our mindsets about Africa as a whole. Every year at the conference, we discuss a particular topic or subject at length with the aim of educating our community and inspiring them to take actions that will benefit Africa in the long run.
