Description

Ottawa Public Health is providing a free 3 hour training session on their Healthy Eating and Active Living Guidelines for After-School Programs and the I Love to Cook and Play program.

This training session will support after-school program staff to promote healthy eating and active living in their programs. After-school programs will receive the Healthy Eating and Active Living Guidelines and the I Love to Cook and Play program manual [includes lesson plans, hands-on activities, healthy recipes, games and more!] during this training session.
