Can’t sleep at night because you think about all the things that you need to get done when you wake up? Feel guilty whenever you take a day off for yourself? Do you take any time off for yourself? Worried that one day everyone is going to find out you are an “imposter”? This is the group for you!
Enough of pretending to be what others want us to be, let’s start embracing who we really are! Part group therapy, part casual coffee with women just like you. With guidance from Registered Psychotherapist Vaishali Patel, we will foster a space that helps us find, acknowledge, and nourish our authentic selves.
Each session we'll discuss a preselected topic that we can all relate to: perfectionism, boundaries, self-care, handling conflict, and body image to name a few. There will be tea and snacks provided.
