Description

The Age-Friendly Sarnia-Lambton website (agefriendlysarnialambton.ca) officially launched on June 13th at the Age-Friendly Sarnia Expo! The website is a collaboration between the Age-Friendly Sarnia project and thehealthline.ca Information Network.

As a member of the community who plays a vital role in supporting the Sarnia and Lambton County population, we would like to invite you to the website’s train-the-trainer session.

This training will take approximately 1 hour, with time for questions and feedback.

After attending this session you will be able to:

  • Champion the website within your organization and the community you serve
  • Use the website to create custom community and health services information print-outs
  • Update, edit, and add community and health services information that appears on the site
  • Teach others how to use the website efficiently and effectively

What you will get:

  • An Age-Friendly Sarnia-Lambton swag bag full of brochures, pens, and posters that you can use to promote the website
  • Copies of A Senior’s Guide to Sarnia-Lambton, a directory of 300+ services and programs in Sarnia and Lambton County

Parking: Free parking at the location.

Room: Computer Lab
