Agile Business Planning - Introductory Session
Today’s fast changing marketplace is driving a need for companies to quickly develop and evolve their business plans. The Agile Business Planning session, adopts the Lean Start-up methodologies and offers innovative, easy-to-use and practical tools that can help entrepreneurs with creating a flexible/adaptable business plan - an ideal support for the growth of a start-up company.
This 3 hour session covers the following topics:

Business planning in an Internet Century
- Lean Startup overview
- Intro to value prop
- Intro to the business model canvas
- Intro to customer discovery
Presenters:
Robert Cattle, Director of Strategic Projects and advisor with ventureLAB, has worked with many small businesses on their Business Model Canvas, using it to define innovative ways of doing business and creating new value propositions.
Getting to ventureLAB:
Parking is available in the guest parking area of the IBM Headquarters at 3600 Steeles Avenue East in Markham. From Pharmacy Road/Esna Park Road, enter into the IBM driveway and follow the signage directing you to the guest parking. All parking is free.
If taking transit, enter via Esna Park Road on the north side of Steeles Avenue.
Enter through the Main Reception where a ventureLAB team member will greet you and help you find your way to the workshop.
