Do you have a tourism experience or product idea that needs support? Join Edmonton Tourism for the morning portion of this workshop as they take you through some of the basics of experience-development and explain the benefits of working with Travel Media, what it means to host a Travel Trade FAM tour and show you tips to enhance your social media presence.
Tourism Calgary and Stormy Lake Consulting will be hosting the afternoon of this workshop to help you work towards brand ‘clarity' and help you build a living brand guide for you and your team to use every day. Your brand is who you are in the minds of your audiences. It is the intangible sum of your product or service's attributes: your name, your packaging, your price, your history, your values, your communications, and your actions. Your brand is defined by your audiences, but you can, and should, have a say in the matter. It is essential to be clear about what makes your brand distinct and use this clarity to inform your decision making so that you can live the brand every day.
