Description

The Canadian Mountain Network is an interdisciplinary group of mountain stakeholders from across Canada dedicated fostering collaborative work and research on sustainable mountain development.

Lunch will be served from 12 — 1 PM prior to the meeting. Please RSVP to lunch in your ticket registration and indicate any dietary restrictions.

The Goals of this meeting of the Alberta Initiating Group are to 1) update attendees on Canadian Mountain Network activities since the Alberta Initiating Group meeting in November, and 2) give an initial summary of what we heard during the consultation meetings regarding existing research, research priorities, and innovations; institutional priorities; infrastructure; and key partners and stakeholders.
