Welcome to the Alberta Works Information Session Registration for NEW ESL and Academic Upgrading Students!!
IMPORTANT UPDATE!!:
Due to COVID-19, the sessions have changed! You do not need to attend a session in person!!
Once you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. 2 days PRIOR to the session, you will receive a second email that includes a WebEX meeting code through Eventbrite. Please follow the instructions and attend the session at your scheduled time. The live online presentation will also include handy tips for completing your application and important Alberta Works Funding information.
Please note... if enrolment in sessions is low the session will be cancelled and you will be required to register for a future session.
Before you register:
New ESL students must have completed the ESL Placement test to avoid being removed from the session and losing your seat.
New Academic Upgrading students must be accepted to the program at time of session registration and paid the $500 deposit.
If you have low English levels it may be a good idea to have someone watch the presentation with you.
Please select a date and time and register in ONE workshop that fit your schedule; multiple registrations will result in ALL your registrations being cancelled. If you make an error on your registration email financialaid@nait.ca.
