Join Alex Mader, Kinesiologist and 8WW trainer for a group outdoor workout involving kettle bells and your body weight to get your heart racing and improve your cardio endurance.
If you can, bring a yoga mat, water, towel and $5 donation. All proceeds will go to Alzheimer Society of Canada.
