ALFSS' "FINAL PHASE" Off-Season Program

~ 2 locations

~~ Program runs from from January 15th - March 14th


* MISSISSAUGA - SPORTSZONE @ HERSHEY CENTER: Mondays & Thursdays from 5pm - 7pm

Or

* TORONTO - TTFC @ YORK UNIVERSITY: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm - 8pm

ALFSS' "FINAL PHASE" Off-Season Program is our elite level high school (14yrs-19yrs) Training & Skill Development Program (TSDP). This elite athlete non-contact football off-season

training & skill development program will train, teach, prepare, assess, expose, and aid the most dedicated & passionate players along their football journey.

Specifically, our "FINAL PHASE" Off-Season Program is an off-season program that will improve functional skill, position-specific skill, and in-game knowledge while giving the athlete quality live repetitions in a highly intense and competitive environment!

THE TIME TO GET TO WORK IS NOW!!!


"FINAL PHASE" Off-Season Program includes:

  • speed & agility training

  • strength & conditioning training

  • explosion & endurance training

  • acceleration & deceleration training

  • plyometric training

  • balance & leverage training

  • position specific training

  • footwork

  • hand play

  • field awareness

  • situational awareness

  • situational competition

  • 1v1 competition

  • 7v7 competition

  • film study

* The student-athlete in this program will also be able to utilize our Academic Support, and Recruitment Assistance programs.


"FINAL PHASE" Off-Season Program details:

Our "FINAL PHASE" Off-Season Program is designed and conducted similarlY to off-season programs that are run at top university programs and professional teams. However, we tailor it to the age groups of the kids we work with. We focus mainly on football skill building while offering much more whether it be academic support, recruiting assistance, and/or athlete mentorship.

Since being founded in 2014 we have had great success in terms of results on and off the field. We have also been able to help past ALFSS student-athletes either make it to Another Level in the sport, or make the necessary steps needed to be on their way to another level in the sport of football whether that be in the class, on the field, or in the weight room.

ALFSS student-athletes have had varying levels of success. To date, we have had two ALFSS student-athletes receive scholarships, and many are now being recruited by some of the best post-secondary football programs in North America due to their heightened abilities. It's not magic! The formula is that if you go through elite level (intense/ thorough/ structured/ competitive/ functional/ position- specific) coaching and training, you will be best prepared for the real situations you will encounter in your football future; whether at an all-star tryout, university exposure camp, or in your next game.

We will train, motivate, and mentor you as an ALFSS student-athlete along your journey, and all you have to do is prove how bad you want it with your effort.

* ALFSS Academic Support includes:

Tutoring, academic planning, mentoring, volunteer opportunities, youth jobs, workshops, & film study.

* ALFSS Speed & Agility Training includes:

ABC's of sprinting (running form: eyes - arms - core - hips - knees - toes!), power generation, change of direction, acceleration/ deceleration, footwork, hip flexibility, balance, & leverage. All conducted with each athlete's position, or upcoming competitions in mind.

* ALFSS Strength & Conditioning Training includes:

Functional strength, core strength, stability, strength endurance, aerobic/ anaerobic, plyometrics, explosive power, endurance, & injury prevention,

* ALFSS Position Skill Training includes:

Position footwork & handwork, position specifics drills, and knowledge, advanced techniques, mental processes, situational drills, athlete assessments, & film study. All done, to push the athlete past previous perceived mental and physical limits.

* ALFSS Recruitment Assistance includes:

Recruitment planning, initial contact, exposure events, progress reports, ACT/ SAT Test prep, highlight film support, skill assessments, & eligibility support.
