We invite our special needs families to join us for an hour of unstructured free play. Please read the information below carefully as it provides a description of procedures and safeguards will be in place during these events. Please note that registration is MANDATORY. You MUST bring proof of registration via eventbrite either by printed copy or on your mobile device. We are asking that only one parent attend wherever possible to open up availability to as many children/families as possible. Tickets will be checked at he door by a SSMGC staff. Numbers are capped to ensure safety so it is imperative that only registered members are in attendance. Please be aware that if you are not registered, there is a high likelihood that you may be turned away at the door.

The following procedures and precautions will be in place

-Gym will be cleaned prior to arrival.

-Cleaning will also be done as children are finished with equipment if able. Any surfaces touched by a child's mouth will be wiped down immediately by SSMGC staff.

-Parents will be required to wear masks.

-Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the gym for parents and children.

-Parents and children will be asked to practice social distancing wherever/whenever possible to the best of their ability.

-There is no pit available right now and whatever equipment is out is the only equipment that will be available for use.

-Change rooms will be used to store jackets and shoes.

-Children will be asked to bring their own water bottles and can use the water fountain to refill these bottles but the fountain is not available to drink directly from.

-Prior to entering the gym, SSMGC staff will ask a few questions regarding COVID and have parents provide their name and phone number should they need to be contacted if there were to be an outbreak .

-Please note that these events are open to special needs children and their siblings only. A parent or caregiver is required to be present in the gym AT ALL TIMES. Parents and siblings also need to register.
