What is ALiGN?
ALiGN is a personality assessment tool that is used to "match“ job seekers to roles based on their potential for success in a role. By looking at personality instead of work experience or education, it broadens the pool of qualified candidates that are considered for a role.
As a job seeker, you receive a personality profile that outlines your strengths and can be used to guide career planning, drafting cover letters, completing a profile on http://discoverability.network and preparing for interviews. And it's available in 7 languages!
