Tressa has been education for 5 years now, teaching her sought after blonde and balayage techniques! In this class ALL ABOUT BLONDES, you will learn 2 different blonde techniques that are highly requested in the salon.

Model 1: Bright all over platinum blonde. Creating a bold and bright blonde that is seamless and blended.

Model 2: Reverse balayage. Brining depth back into a highlight client that is ready for something lower maintenance.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

Consultation: We will talk about consultations and I will help you gain tools on managing expectations with your clients to avoid disappointment. 

Hairline painting: I will give detailed descriptions and in depth displays on my famous hairline painting technique.

Techniques: Balayage/foilyage/teasy-lights, babylights, color melting, root smudging, and beach waves.

Process: I will discuss lighteners and mixing ratios. We will go over placements, and mapping your sections based on natural parts and how the client styles/wears their hair. 

Toning/Formulas: We will discuss color theory and formulations for toning and root drops. I’ll talk about my favourite golden blonde toners as well as platinum toners. 

Tools: I will also talk about some of my favourite tools, and products that have helped me up my hair game and speed!

Photography: We will go over photo taking basics. How to capture proper hair photos, what to look for in pictures, poses and placements for your clients, and ideas for instagram content. How to do perfect waves for photos.

Social media: We will also go over social media and Instagram. How to gain followers, what tools have worked for myself! I will give some advice on photo taking, apps I love to use for my pictures and videos.

We will also have a Q + A section where we bounce questions around and help each other out! 

Lunch will be provided:)
