Get ready to roll gnocchi with Mamma Marzia. Bring an apron, a container, a sprinkle of love and some elbow grease.
In this class we will learn how to make 3 types of Gnocchi:
Traditional Potato Gnocchi served with meat sauce and “alla Sorrentina” (tomato and mozzarella sauce).
Ricotta Gnocchi with tomato sauce.
Gnudi - Tuscany Gnocchi made with ricotta and spinach served with butter, sage and Parmigiano sauce.
This is a hands-on workshop for people of all ages! We can't wait to make some Gnocchi with you.
