About this Event

NAIT Alumni Lifelong Learning | Demystifying Nutrition and Creating Healthy Habits

The world of nutrition is vast and often confusing. Join Nick Creelman, registered dietitian as he dives into hot topics such as, current food trends and new fad diets on the market; where Canada is heading with the food label and food guide; and how to build and sustain healthier eating habits.

Nick Creelman

Nick is NAIT’s Registered Dietitian, working with staff and students to promote healthy eating on campus. After graduating from the University of New Brunswick with a kinesiology degree, Nick went on to further his education at The University of Prince Edward Island, completing a food and nutrition degree and integrated dietetic internship. As part of his goal of being a “forever” student he is currently working on completing the International Olympic Committee’s Diploma in Sport Nutrition. Nick has a huge passion for food and nutrition and loves any opportunity he gets to share this passion with others.

Room and parking information will be emailed to registered guests within the week before the event.
