About this event

Navigating Dementia Today and Tomorrow

We are thrilled to reunite the dementia care sector by hosting our 33rd annual conference IN-PERSON! Join us for a day of learning about where we are now and how we can chart our path forward for dementia care in Nova Scotia. A virtual livestream option is also available.

We’ll start the day with the Alzheimer Society of Canada Landmark Study which shares the latest data on dementia across Canada. We’ll explore promising practices for today’s dementia care and discuss how we can start making tomorrow more inclusive with the official launch of Dementia Friendly Communities Nova Scotia. View the full conference program here!

Whether in person or online, we look forward to seeing you this fall!
