Food Literacy: Learning from Lessons of the Past

Coming May 20, 2020

In 2020 we will explore Nutrition and Food Literacy at all life stages, Food Policy, Public Health, Community Nutrition, Food Insecurity, Plant-Forward Menus and Food Choices, Nutrition Misinformation, Canada’s Food Guide, Youth, Cooking Classes, and Cultural Diversity in Food Literacy.

Admission includes a copy of The Long Table Cookbook: Plant-Based Recipes for Optimal Health by Amy Symington. We will donate a portion of proceeds from ticket sales to Gilda's Club.
