Devote one day to intention-setting, personal reflection, and self-care, where you will be supported by energy healing, meditation, active journaling, and yoga practices. Allow your inner wisdom to awaken, as you deepen your relationship with Self, and step into an even more powerful, authentic life.
Yoga practices may draw on hatha, kundalini, yin, and restorative. No prior experience required. All levels are welcome.

I don't have much (or any) yoga experience, how will I fit in?
Beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga practitioners are all welcome. I invite you to try things and discover how you feel. Yoga allows you to become more familiar with your body, with sensing your limits, deep relaxation, peace and acceptance. It is a personal practice where you are encouraged to listen to your body and experiment. Come and enjoy!
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
If you choose to drive, free parking is available on site (1712 Carling Ave.).
If you are taking the bus, OC Transpo Bus #85 brings you right there (the bus stop is Carling & Cole / Carling & Boyd). You can use the OC Transpo Travel Planner to plan your trip.
What should I bring to the event?
- Your journal and your favourite writing/drawing implements (e.g. pens, pencils, crayons, markers, pencil crayons). Paper and pens will be available, but it's always nice to have your personal journal - highly recommended!
- A light meal for midday break (e.g. a salad or sandwich and snacks). Keep a water bottle handy!
- You can bring your own yoga mat, or the studio provides rentals.
