Amplify Your Performance Review
Event Information
About this event
The start of a new year is a great time to reflect on the last year and set goals for the next one. We want to help you nail your career goals for the year with a lively discussion on amplifying your performance review. Thanks to our generous sponsors, Copperleaf and RAM, our panel discussion will be accompanied by cocktail kits (with or without alcohol) distributed by Bar Cart.
The panel discussion will prove useful to employees looking to get the most out of their performance reviews. Our panelists from Copperleaf and Ram will discuss how to set goals that serve both you and your company, how to ask for constructive feedback, and how to ask for higher compensation. It will also prove useful to employers and managers who would like to learn what your employees need from you in a performance review.
