Join us for an interactive workshop to learn about academic stress and brainstorm innovative ways to cope with the demands of academic life! You will learn the signs and consequences of burnout, how to prevent it, and what to do if it is unavoidable. Finally, you will learn the importance of practicing self-care and have the opportunity to develop your own self-care strategies so you are able to put their best selves forward and ‘Thrive’ in the face of academic stress.
Anyone is welcome to attend this free event.
