Equal but differentiated responsibility is a concept we have all heard of, yet, it is often ignored that injustices are deeply embedded in the climate movement. Nonetheless, people are fighting back. The documentary This Changes Everything by Avi Lewis introduces us to four climate activist standing up against dominant powers. This event captures the spirit of those climate fighters by streaming their story and further inspires to take action through an engaging panel discussion with Avi Lewis, Kathryn Harrison, and other student activists afterwards. Be ready to learn about structural injustices but also about what can be done despite it.
