Join us for a webinar interview with Selkirk Signs' President and majority shareholder Hans Mehrle, about “Why ESOP?”

Selkirk Signs implemented a broad-based employee share ownership plan (ESOP) in April 2017.

During this webinar, Mr. Mehrle will share with you the motivating factors for Selkirk to become employee-owned, and how this change has affected the culture at Selkirk Signs and their business.

Mr. Mehrle will also be joined by some of the Selkirk staff who have walked through the transition process. Employee-owners will share their views on how becoming an owner in Selkirk Signs has affected them personally, in regards to their career and motivation.

This will be followed by a question and answer period where you will be able to ask the Selkirk Signs team questions related to implementing an ESOP and creating an ownership culture.
