An Evening With My Therapist is a live show and after-show meet and greet that promises to be funny and entertaining, while challenging the stigma and outdated views of mental health and therapy.
It will inspire change for people individually and as a collective - because it is time to do things differently. This event is designed to make sense of your experiences through sharing stories and education to get that you are not what your brain has been doing and that we can change how it's been!
Make sure you're there because I'll be sharing all things therapy and mental health, including my own story! It's an experience you definitely want to be part of!
Doors open at 7:00 pm, and I’ll be taking the stage at 7:30pm!
After the show, there is an exclusive Meet & Greet at Black Bellows in their private parlour. It's a great opportunity to meet, connect, and share in the excitement of the show experience!
Come on your own or make it a night out with your partner or friends. June 10th will be an experience of a whole new way to approach mental health!
*There is also an opportunity to be part of this ground-breaking and brain-changing event as a sponsor; you will be helping to de-stigmatize mental health support. Through your sponsorship, you will actively demonstrate a sense of community around mental health support, and align your organization with the idea that we all matter and are here to support each other.
